The extreme hydraulic suspensions

The Alpha suspensions are designed for vehicles carrying heavy loads and requiring significant axle travel, while ensuring good behavior on the road.

The connection of the axle to the vehicle chassis is ensured by a triangular support. The whole thing forms a single structure guaranteeing both significant rigidity of this part as well as maximum wheels travel. It is an ideal suspension for works tippers, high-capacity slurry tankers, special heavy machines, etc.

Advantages

Fixing the cylinders and the stabilizer bar using bolted pins to facilitate and simplify assembly and disassembly operations.
Stabilizer bar design allows for simple suspension alignment adjustment simply by rotating the center tube.
Important axle travel for ideal adaptation to all types of ground.
2 versions available, a 15 t version (per axle) guaranteeing a good compromise between optimale design and load capacity, also a heavy 18 t version (per axle) specially designed for difficult markets, very heavy loads and extreme conditions.

Technical datas

Vertical axle travel of approximately 250 mm (+/- 125 mm) and a transverse inclination of approximately 12°, ensuring maximum travel capacities.
15 t version: Seamless clamping allowing versatility in the choice of axle type and possible delivery as a kit. Thanks to the use of elastic ball joints, no maintenance is necessary on the suspension. Max load: 15 t per axle with 150 mm square.
18 t version: The ball joint is made of special steel, to support extreme loads. The triangular part which mainten axle is welded to it, ensuring great rigidity. Max load of 18 t per axle with 150 mm full square axles.
